Regenbogen Camping’s cancellation policy for the holiday home

Upon receipt of the cancellation, the tenant shall owe the landlord
before the 12th week prior to the start of the tenancy 25 per cent of the rent,

between the 6th and 12th week before the start of the tenancy 50 per cent of the rent,

between the 2nd and 6th week before the start of the rental period 75 per cent of the rent,

from the second week before the start of the tenancy and thereafter the full rent,

At the very least, however, a cancellation fee of 75.00 euros applies to camping pitches, and 250.00 euros for holiday rentals.

The tenant is entitled to prove that no damage or loss of value has occurred at all, or that it is substantially lower than the flat-rate amount.
