Prerequisites

I am aware that taking part in the kitesurfing course places particular demands on physical fitness, and I accept full responsibility for the risks involved in participating in this training and these activities. I declare that I am physically fit and have no medical conditions that would prevent me from taking part in the course or make it inadvisable for me to do so. I further confirm that I can swim for at least 15 minutes without assistance.

Safety & Duty of Care

The instructions given by the kitesurfing instructors must be followed without exception during lessons.

Liability

The participant is aware that all forms of kitesurfing (both in the water and on land) involve specific risks. We accept no liability for accidents involving the participant. This disclaimer also applies to damage suffered by third parties as a result of the participant’s negligence. The participant is responsible for ensuring they have adequate accident and health insurance. We are liable for the conscientious preparation of the course and the careful selection and supervision of the teaching and interpreting team. DeaNentures (Patrick Bauer, Pia Boni & Marie Kohlen GbR) accepts no liability for the loss of valuables, spectacles, money or other items. It is advisable to take out personal liability insurance that covers any damage arising from water sports.

Calm

To make the most of the wind, our courses last 5 days (in most kitesurfing schools, courses last only 3 days). In the rare event that we do not have enough wind, any unused hours will be made up in the form of Vouchers reimbursed. Unfortunately, a payout is not possible.
